- Vaaya aims to deliver it's products in the quickest and safest way possible. We deliver all over India with FREE Shipping charges for orders above Rs. 1,000 and for orders less than Rs. 1,000 a shipping charge of Rs.100 is applicable.
- International Orders will entail additional charges depending on the region. Our international orders are shipped via Fedex, DHL or Aramex.
- We will email or SMS you the tracking number and order ID to help you track your order.
- We make everything to order. As such, please allow us 10-15 days to make and dispatch your order.
- In some cases where the product maybe out of stock or backordered, you will be alerted and given the approximate date of shipment/delivery.
- We assure you of no delay in delivery. However, should any unforeseeable circumstances occur causing a delay, we will intimate you within 48 hours of placing your order.
- North India: 2-4 Business Days
- Other Regions & International: 4-7 Business Days (international shipments are subject to custom clearance)
- You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. You can email us on firstname.lastname@example.org or call at 9811129975/9811719975 to place your cancellation.
Vaaya strives to give you the best designs, style and quality assured products. We adhere to strict quality standards before dispatching the product. However, for some reason if you do not like the product received, we offer you a return/exchange policy.
Since we make everything to order, we adhere to the sizes that we receive in the order by the customer. As such we request you to please check the size before placing the order or contact us if you would like to get some assistance. If there is scope for any alteration to the size, we would be happy to help you. If a size has been wrongly ordered, we would arrange for a pickup and delivery paid for by the customer. Returns of orders for sizes XXL and above will not be accepted. We would be happy to help you with alterations if possible (please note, alterations of sizes may not always be possible. Our design team can help you with the alteration procedure as and when required). If we, for some unforeseen reasons, send a wrong product or size, we would take full responsibility and arrange for a pickup and delivery. Currently, we do not give any cash refunds. Any returns will result in store credit of the total amount paid by the customer. This store credit can be used at any time.
- Kindly ensure the products are not used or washed.
- The products should come with the price tags, brand tags and all the packaging material intact.
- We will not accept any items that are damaged by the customers themselves.
- We provide free pickup of an item that has quality issues. Item will be arranged for reverse pickup. Item that has been wrongly ordered i.e. incorrect size, undesired style etc. requiring a reverse pickup, will be paid for the customer.
- If the location pin code is not within our reach, then the customer may self ship.
- In cases of self shipment, we provide you a maximum of Rs.100 refund in terms of a voucher/coupon that can be used on your next purchase.
- The coupon against self shipment will be provided in 2-4 business days.
- Once we receive the product, a quality check will be conducted.
- Post the check, we will process your exchange in 7 business days.
Exchange can be made for select products only. Please contact us to know more:
- A voucher will be generated in 7 business days post the receipt of the product.
- A voucher is only provided against a return of non - discounted product.
- A voucher is valid for one month only.
- It can only be used by the original buyer. It is non transferrable.
- Two or three vouchers can be combined to buy a product.
