Fit Assurance

• If you are unhappy with the fit, Vaaya offers a free pickup and size adjustment within 10 days of your garment's delivery to you. 

• If the size adjustment means that extra fabric is required,  we would need to issue you an exchange for a new size and you would be responsible to pay the price difference between the original size and the new size.

• In case a new size is issued, the payment will be collected via Cash on Delivery (COD). No shipping charge will be incurred to you. 

How to avail Fit Assurance: 

• Send an email to hello@vaaya.com with your order id, or call at 9811129975 / 9811719975.
• Pickup usually takes 2-3 days from the date of your request.

• After we receive your garment, we will make the necessary adjustments or let you know if a new size needs to be issued.

• Processing time at our facility is between 6-8 days. 

• Delivery time from our facility to your address (within India) is around 2-3 days. If you would like delivery information to be changed, kindly let us know through email or phone.

Customization

We make each piece to order and we always work in order to give you a proper fit. If you would like us to work according to your body measurements, we would be happy to do so. Or you may follow our standard size guide for reference. We craft body-specific and body-positive clothing. Our bodies are not always as per standard measurements and so, we make combination sizes as well. Please let our team know how you would like your Vaaya outfit to be crafted.
